The service team was great at keeping in touch, and it was a breeze to reach out for help. Getting started with the aligners was super simple. They offer the best deal around, and I'm really pleased with the outcome.

Man, they took ages. Sure, they’re cheaper, but you really do get what you pay for. They had this 100% satisfaction guarantee when I signed up, but they don’t stick to what they promise. I was supposed to move on to refinements since my initial treatment didn’t go as expected (even though I followed all their clinical advice and then some). I’ve lost faith in their ability to provide decent results and keep their word. Now, I’m looking at spending a ton of cash with a different orthodontist to fix the mess they made, which was pretty clear and pointed out during the original treatment. This is just shy of being medical negligence. Seriously, just pay up and get it done right the first time.

You won't find better customer support anywhere. Sure, there might be a few hiccups along the journey with some delays, but that's totally reasonable. I still give it my thumbs up because they always ensure you receive what you require without fail.

The communication was excellent, though it was clear that the responder wasn't based in Australia given their usual response times. For the price, I was quite pleased with the whole experience. The only reason I held back from giving a full 5 stars is that the retainers aren't very durable; they break easily, wear out quickly, and replacing them can be pricey. But all in all, I'm pretty satisfied.

My lower teeth were all bunched up, so I did some searching for the top aligner reviews and found that Smilepath was the most affordable choice. I received 15 trays over a span of roughly 5 months. They also worked on my upper teeth to enhance them, and I’m super pleased with how it all turned out.
